M-PET^® includes a variety of job order formats to address different requirements (typical application in parenthesis):REQUEST WORK (job request initiated by maintenance, production or any staff) REPEAT OR ON-TRIGGER JOB CREATION (PM or R&M) STANDARD JOBS (non-routine, emergency, as-available or as needed) CORRECTIVE (all manner of corrective work for planning, simple tasks records or complex multiple steps with multiple labor, parts, procedures etc) BREAKDOWNS (track cause, repair, verification, and testing with intention of engineering out problems).

This combination of work order formats provides exceptional flexibility in managing work information in your organization because of the many choices you are able to make to tailor M-PET^® for your unique requirements. For example, operations can use the breakdown module to describe the nature of a breakdown, maintenance can determine and repair the specific failed components(s) and engineering (or your consultants, support vendors etc.) can supply information related to the long-term fix. New scheduled inspections or procedures to avoid a re-occurrence or to measure progress can be routinely issued from the PM portion of the system.
